Version 2 of distribution panel. I wanted to fully isolate the neutrals from each other, which meant isolating the neutral of each tiny LED indicator light in the distribution panel. At the same time, I thought I'd add a reverse polarity indicator circuit for the the shore power. This resistor is required by the ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council) in reverse polarity indicator circuits to isolate stray voltage in the neutral bus.
